Please note that all clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for clearance products.

30 Days No Reason Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all components, packing list, certificates, instructions, invoices and any gifts (if any).

The customer is responsible for all costs of returning the product (including shipping/taxes/other fees, etc.).



How to Return a Product

To return an item, you must provide your order number. Normally, We will respond within 24 hours. Then you need to send the return package to the designated warehouse via a qualified carrier.

Situations where the product does not meet the return conditions

After the 30-day return period has expired, request a return. Customers should pay attention to the return period to avoid possible unnecessary losses.
The product has been used and is no longer needed.


Refund a product

Our exemplary customer service always strives to provide the best possible service to HORTICU customers. The service will process the refund upon receipt of the return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and confirmation of the return. The refund is expected to be processed within 5-7 business days. We recommend that our customers check their accounts after this time.



Alternatives

If the item you receive is damaged in transit and needs to be replaced, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will work with you to decide whether to exchange or refund your order.

Please note that no replacement is possible if only the outer packaging and not the contents are damaged.



Cancel your order

Under normal circumstances, our company will place your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel your order, please contact HORTICU as soon as possible to cancel your order and get an immediate refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment when you return your order to us.


If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for all the costs of shipping to our local overseas warehouse (including freight/taxes/other fees, etc.). The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
